    Position Overview:

    Responsible for performance measurements of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, strategy review, long range planning, reporting and analysis & acquisition analysis

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting processes, understanding of all key business drivers and creating financial models and analyses.

    • Deliver value-added business analyses and report financial and operational metrics.

    • Direct all aspects of expense reporting and annual planning and budgeting processes.

    • Manage the financial planning process which includes forecasting, business plan development and annual budget.

    • Act as project manager for the budget process.

    • Develop budget tools and prepare large complex financial models.

    • Lead monthly expense reporting and analysis.

    • Create, implement and produce monthly reporting package that includes full financial statements, comprehensive KPI reporting, operational Dashboard reporting, analysis of key business trends, and comprehensive executive level explanations of variances and trends.

    • Advise business leadership of opportunities and risks impacting business performance.

    • Lead development and enhancement of market and competitive analysis.

    • Provide financial modeling, financial analysis and valuation support for acquisitions, new product development, and long-term contracts.

    • Review, analyze and compare monthly and quarterly operating department financial results and key performance indicators against plan and other internal benchmarks, including working capital and cash flow analysis.

    • Provide financial analysis around business expense reduction initiatives and capital expenditures

    Job Requirements:

    REQUIRED:

    • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university

    • 4+ years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience and/or combination of work experience and training.

    PREFERRED SKILLS:

    • MBA preferred

    ABILITIES :

    • Exceptional communication skills with ability to present analysis and findings in both verbal and written formats to all levels of management and size of group

    • The ability to compile, analyze, interpret, and present complex financial reports, statements, and/or projections, and a high proficiency in financial modeling (P/L, cash flows, and balance sheet).

    • Knowledge of a cost accounting environment, candidate doesn't need to have an extensive background in cost accounting only to be familiar with communicating with cost accountants

    • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

    • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong computer skills including MS Office Suite, ERP (Oracle, preferred), planning and management reporting tools (Hyperion Planning, preferred)
