    Renewal Account Manager

    Role Overview:

    Ensure that the customer is satisfied with company projects and services. Work with Sales Account Manager and oversee daily relationship with client. Ensure that schedules and budgets are met according to contractual agreements. Work with client to cultivate future projects and qualify new opportunities. Consult with other team members (project management/services/support/customer care) to be sure mutual goals are met. You will report to the Senior Manager of Inside Sales.

    About the Role:

    • You will partner with Field Sales to promote renewal strategy and manage or support the renewal process across your assigned account territory in the Federal Government space

    • You will manage renewal and expansion of assigned accounts, managing the process from account review to deal close

    • Develop a understanding of McAfee products, GTM and pricing strategies

    • You will attain quarterly bookings targets and overall renewal and expansion metrics

    • Analyze account KPIs to determine health of low touch accounts and identify opportunities for expansion/upgrade

    • Research contracts and product entitlements to ensure quotes are relevant, accurate, and support co-terming

    • Develop a positive and productive relationship with clients, working with them throughout the procurement process

    • Work with our teams (finance, legal, deal desk, sales leadership, support, and client success) to encourage deal closure and delivery of client value

    • Adapt and evolve process and playbooks to maximize renewal and expansion revenue and reduce sales cycle friction

    • Manage opportunities in Salesforce, and own discussions around forecast and pipeline Participate in strategy and planning discussions with new business counterparts

    About You:

    • You will have 2+ years of experience selling software to resellers into federal government accounts

    • You will understand SaaS usage metrics

    • Mission-driven with an empathetic approach who takes ownership for delivering customer value and satisfaction

    • You will have experince with federal government procurment

    • Familiarity with contracts and terms of service

    • Experience negotiating and closing multi-year deals

    • You will have experience in direct and partner sales models

    • You will have expereince with a CRM - Salesforce etc.
