The Barnabas Health Behavioral Health Center (with Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus Behavioral Health Services) constitutes a freestanding 100-bed acute care psychiatric facility which provides inpatient and intensive outpatient programs for adults and older adults diagnosed with psychiatric and dual disorders.
The Patient Access Representative will accurately and promptly collect all pertinent information at the initial point of registration to ensure the proper billing process occurs which will enhance timely cash flow and reduce the days in accounts receivable. Interviews all patients in an attempt to obtain demographic and financial information.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Knowledge of Medical terminology/Medical insurances preferred.
Two years in registration and CPAR certification preferred.
