The Technology Portfolio Analytics team is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Software Engineer and hands-on Oracle SME to lead the design, development, and transformation of our integrated database, tools, reports, and analytics.
As a senior Software Engineer on the Technology Portfolio Analytics team, you'll be a technical and architectural leader, and will apply your expertise to growing and shaping the continued build out of the Tech CDO platform which is focused on tech portfolio analytics and reactive/proactive/preventative data quality

Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and enhance software/tooling solutions. Apply technical expertise to challenging programming and design problems.
Collaborate with business and technical partners to identify and scope the opportunities, gather requirements, and propose complete solutions.
Own technology delivery and have ability to influence business stakeholders in prioritizing the delivery roadmap
Collaborate with the global development team to identify improvements to make to our systems and processes. Deliver recommendations for improvements to the technology and architecture, and grow our platform.
Define and implement non-functional requirements.
Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables
Collaborate & improve the effectiveness of the development team through coaching, mentoring and resolution of impediments.
Support BAs and management as technical SME
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science or related field.
Strong Oracle Application Development, System Design, or Architecture experience
Advanced level, hands-on development experience implementing medium-to-large-scale Oracle DB solutions, including experience with Data base architecture design, optimization, and performance tuning.
Strong fundamental understanding of data structures and algorithms and solid knowledge of SQL and query optimization.
Experience in software development using Java or Python is preferred
Strong Agile development experience, and proven experience in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle
Experience in automated testing and continuous integration
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Great interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with clients. Strong communication is a must as the position requires interfacing with various stakeholders, user groups and other technology teams across the globe.
Should be able to work individually or as part of a global team to achieve project goals
The candidate must be well organized and able to guide team members.
Experience with QlikSense, Alteryx, or other BI or analytics tools a plus. Interest in developing skills in QlikSense, Alteryx or similar tools required.
Familiarity with Cloud Technologies a plus
