As a Tier II Support Technician, you would close intermediate helpdesk requests, being part of our project team, onboarding newly acquired firms, evaluating and installing new hardware and software, traveling to local offices in the region. Responsibilities + Resolve Intermediate Helpdesk requests or escalate. + Provide technical support for users via onsite and remote support. + Administer and support an Office 365 Environment. + Resolve network and Windows issues. + Assist with onboarding of acquisitions. + Work closely with project team on new initiatives. + Provide input and evaluate new technology. Qualifications + Associates degree, or equivalent. + Minimum 3 years' experience as a system support technician. + Have an active MCP in windows 7,8 or 10 and proven experience deploying and troubleshooting Microsoft operating systems and software products. + Intermediate level Office 365 expertise - Exchange, Teams, OneDrive etc. + Have a Network+ or Cisco CCENT/CCT and proven strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies (DNS, DHCP etc). + Experience installing and troubleshooting VOIP phones. + Be on call and to respond to emergencies when needed. + Have a reliable method of transportation. + Experience with Intune is a plus + Availability to travel to multiple offices in the Vegas region.
