    Job Description

    As an Accounts Payable Coordinator you will be responsible for entering invoices, processing checks, general ledger posting, reconciling accounts, and other accounts payable functions. Contributes to meeting long and short-term goals set by the team and the firm by performing routine accounting assignments while using knowledge of the organization, processes, and procedures to develop solutions in non-standard situations. Establishes, communicates, and meets deadlines for timely completion of processing, reporting, and other accounting projects. Maintains a high level of quality and precision in all accounting information, analysis, and/or documentation. You will utilize Deltek Vantagepoint accounting software; previous experience would be helpful. This position will require knowledge of spreadsheets and ability to communicate well with Olsson teams and clients.

    • Associate Degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related area preferred.

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related position, to include solid knowledge of accounts payable and/or accounting procedures.

    • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite products

    • Highly organized and detail oriented with critical thinking skills

    • Able to develop and foster effective professional relationships internally and externally

    • Exhibits good interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

    • Provides support to other team members using prescribed guidelines or policies to analyze and resolve problems.
