  • Job Description

    The AR Specialist will support the firm and be responsible for collecting aged receivables and other accounting tasks.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Make daily collection calls, business to business and business to individual client accounts.

    Draft and send collection letters to clients.

    Monitor and report statuses on specific aged accounts receivables to manager.

    Work closely with billing team members in the accounting department.

    Work directly with attorneys as necessary on collection matters.

    Work closely with accounting clerk to help resolve unapplied monies on client accounts.

    Skills and Requirements

    Minimum of 3 years accounts receivable and collections experience.

    Ability to organize time, prioritize workload and handle a high volume of client receivable accounts. null
