    Summary

    Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, takes dictation, and relieves officials of clerical work and minor administrative detail by performing the following duties.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Copy data and compile records and reports.

    • Copy and collate, and other routine office tasks

    • Distribute incoming mail and faxes.

    • Operate computers and use software programs.

    • Operates computer terminal to input and retrieve data.

    • Provide data entry for special on-going projects.

    • Manage office supplies inventory and initiate orders.

    • Office housekeeping as needed.

    • Provide receptionist services.

    • Operate office machines such as typewriter, adding, calculating, and duplicating machines.

    • Opens and routes incoming mail, answers correspondence, and prepares outgoing mail.

    • Greets and assists visitors.

    • Assist payroll department, or other departments as required.

    • This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

    • Other duties that are pertinent to the department or unit's success also may be assigned.

    Qualifications

    MinimumRequirements

    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.

    • Minimum one (1) related administrative support experience.

    • Intermediate skillset with Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Driver's License and an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years to be eligible under company vehicle insurance policy is preferred.
