  • About the Role:

    We are looking for a servant leader to lead the Federal Cloud Operations team. This person will oversee operations and projects as well was represent the team to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can build strong relationships both with their team and stakeholders. This individual will need to be comfortable with ambiguity and help the team navigate and prioritize compliance, security, and business requirements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Compliance

    • CMMC alignment of processes and environment

    • Managing internal and external assessments

    • Managing a team of cloud engineers and service desk administrators

    • Roadmap development for enabling the business to operate more efficiently

    • Vendor and license management for the environment

    • Automation

    • Helpdesk oversight

    • Software delivery architecture and management

    • Access provisioning and deprovisioning

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

    • 10+ years of experience in Information Technology or a related field

    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and technical judgment

    • Able to diagnose and solve technical or process issues and evaluate impact on business; able to discover alternative solutions as required

    • Ability to exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures

    • Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP's health, safety, and drug/alcohol and harassment policies

    • Occasional travel may be required depending on project-specific requirements

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with CMMC/NIST 800-171

    • Scripting and automation experience with Python/PowerShell/SQL

    • Azure Licensing experience

    • CAD and engineering application experience a plus

    Compensation

    Expected Salary (all locations): $92,000-200,000

    WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.

    Expected Salary (Colorado only): $92,000-200,000

    WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position within the state of Colorado, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
