Bilingual Licensed Social Worker

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Bilingual Licensed Social Worker to work at a facility in New York, New York. These are registry positions with our company.

Pay Rate: $65 / hour

Job Description:

The social worker will carry a caseload of patients with serious mental illness and will contribute to our mission of providing recovery oriented services through case management and supportive therapies. The social worker will formulate multidisciplinary treatment plans, psycho-social assessments and progress notes. The social will be part of a multi-disciplinary team working with psychiatrists, nurses, peer specialists, occupational therapists and a team of other social workers.

Qualification:

• If possible,Spanish language preferred, Social Worker must be licensed.
