BMS Project Coordinator

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an onsite BMS Project Facilitator for a Real Estate Digital Trust Client. The reason these roles are open is the current operations team are in need of extra support for some of there active BMS Retrofit/upgrade projects locally across the United States that will provide an onsite presence. We are currently targeting candidates local to one of 3 locations including sites in (Seattle, WA Ashburn, VA Richardson, TX). You will be the project liaison to assure all onsite activities surrounding these BMS active projects are in order and being executed successfully. You will be interfacing between both the Project Coordination ops team and the local onsite groups. This job will require a detailed oriented person who is a solution driven individual, where the day-to-day success will be driven by you.

Skills and Requirements

Must -Have(s):

8+ years of experience managing and coordinating facility maintenance projects

5+ years of direct experience working with in a critical facilities environment (Pharma, Data Centers, Federal etc)

Strong knowledge of BMS Systems (BMS Upgrades, retrofits, installsect)

o BMS Systems include: (Schneider, Automated Logic, Tridium, Siemens or Honeywell)

Strong ability to utilize project management tools such as (Smartsheets, Procore, P6 ect)

Experience working with ERP systems and CMMS for facility maintenance (Management of work orders Create, update and schedule)

Strong understanding of method of procedures around construction management

Plusses

Experience working on Data Center Projects

Experience with BMS Retro fits

Experience directly utilizing ServiceNow and Smartsheets null
