Sodexo Campus Services is seeking a skilled and career-oriented Chef Manager to support our campus dining locations at the prestigious campus of Lynn University located in South Florida in the beautiful city of Boca Raton .

Lynn University is an American private university in beautiful Boca Raton (~~~) , Florida (~~~) . Founded in 1962, its students come from all over the USA and approximately 80 other nations: 24% of students have citizenship in countries outside the United States. This accredited University is nationally ranked for its innovative Dining program and multiple retail accounts: Christine's Bistro and the Perper Coffee House. While also boasting a catering team focused on high-end deliverance and multi-tiered experiences.

We are looking for candidates who will:

• manage the daily food production including production planning and controls;

• ensure Sodexo Culinary Standards including recipe compliance and food quality;

• manage food costing, controls and compliance;

• develop menus and manage inventory;

• have high expectations for customer service and quality of food;

• have the ability and willingness to develop and train frontline employees;

• have a passion for food and innovation;

• have knowledge of special diets and allergens.
