    We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join a growing company in Sanford, FL for an exciting contract/contract to hire opportunity. This role plays a vital part in the company's revenue cycle and would be responsible for managing various aspects of the revenue cycle workflow, ensuring smooth operations, customer engagement, and timely payments.

    Key responsibilities include

    • Coordinating workflows that align with the revenue cycle, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

    • Generating and sending account statements to customers.

    • Proactively reaching out to customers to follow up on outstanding payments.

    • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve transactional errors promptly.

    • Engaging with other departments and internal teams to identify and address root causes of delinquencies.

    • Escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.

    • Assisting in the development of innovative methods to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.

    • Cultivating and nurturing customer relationships while identifying and addressing delinquencies.

    • Managing daily incoming and outgoing transactions within the scope of the revenue cycle.

    Requirements

    • Proficiency in billing functions, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail

    • Solid understanding of collection processes and best practices

    • Experience in B2B collections, demonstrating excellent negotiation and persuasion skills

    • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, for effectively dealing with customers and internal teams

    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

    • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently

    • Strong computer skills, particularly in using Microsoft Office Suite

    • High ethical standards and professionalism, respecting the confidentiality of customer information

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    • Experience in a similar role or in a finance-related field
