Jr. Level Community Engagement Specialist (Retail) - Contract (4 Months)

Do you have a passion for building brand loyalty and engaging online communities? Are you familiar with Bizarrevoice and excited by the retail industry? If so, we want to hear from you!

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Jr. Level Community Engagement Specialist to join our team for a 4-month contract (15-20 hours/week).

Responsibilities

• Manage and moderate online communities (forums, social media groups) specific to our retail clients.

• Foster a positive and engaging online community environment.

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

• Proactively identify and address community concerns.

• Monitor online brand sentiment and reputation.

• Assist with developing and implementing community engagement strategies.

• Leverage Bizarrevoice to collect and analyze customer reviews and feedback.

• Create engaging content (text, images, videos) to drive community participation.

• Track and report on key community engagement metrics.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

• 1+ years of experience in community management or social media engagement.

• Experience working with retail brands a plus.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Experience with Bizarrevoice a strong preference.
