Construction Project Manager

Description

FULLY REMOTE Regional construction project manager supporting Southeastern US stormwater and wet utility projects!

Technical Management: They will be responsible for general project and personnel management of Field Managers, APM, Superintendents, and Field Crews. The construction project manager will not be required to travel to project sites but will receive daily communication from the field managers for site level communication.

Responsible for construction management as well as project management of assigned stormwater/wet utility projects. Reports to the director of project management.

Project Management: Initiate new projects reviewing proposals/scopes of work. Project budgeting. Develops project initiation documents that include scope/outline, budget. Will manage project implementation to ensure all projects are completed as planned and scheduled.
