Controls Engineer

Exciting remote Controls Engineering position working with a software and robotics company within the Bay Area!

Job Duties

• Optimize legacy code using Ignition SCADA as PLC

• Clean-up of bugs using Ignition SCADA as PLC

• Increase system reliability in Python.

• Adding new client feature requests in Python.

• Complete code refactoring to deploy common code for variations in lines.

• Improve data collection and monitoring capabilities for clients.

• Software product development in C# and Java.

• Provide data collection and management in SCADA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field

• 5-7 years experience with SCADA and PLC programming

• Experience utilizing Ignition

• Experience with Python and C#
