Customer Service Representative - Bilingual Korean

Growing health insurance company is seeking bilingual KOREAN Member Navigators! If you love building solid customer relationships, and are articulate and highly-skilled, this position might be for you. If you're looking for a long-term contract to hire position in Jersey City, New Jersey, this could be for you!

What you get to do every day

• Handle inbound calls from new member and requests from our external sales team, including questions to help drive sales productivity or operational hurdles

• Follow-up outbound calls as needed

• Manage (verbally and in writing) ongoing service issues with external sales agents from intake through to resolution

• Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Korean is a MUST [both verbal and written]

• Commutable to Jersey City, New Jersey [parking is provided]

• You have strong relationship management experience and passion for helping others
