    Hybrid Schedule: 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm / 3x in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

    Description

    Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

    Develop the ability to proficiently support the tactical order entry operation using the sales tools/SAP.

    Collaborate with the Supply Planner and other Customer Service Representatives to ensure the business meets customer order fulfillment expectations.

    Troubleshoot process issues and escalate as appropriate to seek assistance for resolution.

    Investigate and resolve customer issues using problem-solving techniques and judgment

    Work within a team environment to meet business objectives and goals

    For the contractors we are hiring in Seattle, they would support either Western Lumber, EWP, or OSB.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    Corporate experience (either remote, hybrid, or in-office)

    Experience working either remotely or hybrid

    Experience working with either a sales or supply chain team (This role is a mix of customer service, sales support, and order entry)

    Experience in SAP is preferred, but any ERP system would be good.

    High School Diploma, with bachelor's degree preferred

    2 + years of customer service and order entry experience

    Experience working in a team environment

    Experience working in sales or supply chain organization is preferred

    Experience working with SAP/Excel software/databases is preferred

    Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.

    Excellent customer service skills

    Ability to recognize problems, assess situations, gather relevant information, and respond/resolve effectively

    Positive attitude and thrives in a collaborative environment

    Excellent customer service skills and demonstrates a passion for customers

    Highly motivated self-starter

    Ability to multi-task

    Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work, and to work under pressure
