    Kaeser Compressors, Inc. is seeking an individual who has worked in an industrial or manufacturing environment to fill the position of Customer Service Specialist for our location in Fredericksburg, VA.

    Job Description

    The selected candidate will have responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

    • Supporting all departments in the development of superior customer service skills, via call monitoring and scorecard ratings of monitored calls.

    • Hold monthly meetings with employees to conduct performance reviews pertaining to scorecard ratings.

    • Run statistical reports with SAP, Excel, and other applications to evaluate performance of all departments and identify deficiencies and opportunities for improved customer service.

    • Support a comprehensive ongoing customer service training program for all departments

    • Review customer surveys and provide to appropriate Management Teams when applicable.

    Required Qualifications

    The successful candidate's background will include:

    • High School Degree or Equivalent (required), Bachelor's Degree in business or other related field (preferred).

    • Expert verbal and written English proficiency.

    • Basic skill level in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Advanced skill level in Excel.

    • SAP experience (preferred).
