Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Reston, Virginia. This role involves utilizing advanced Excel skills to conduct data audits and apply complex formulas. You will be working in a dynamic environment that offers a contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced Excel skills to perform data audits effectively

• Apply advanced Excel formulas such as SUMPRODUCT, INDIRECT, INDEX MATCH, and OFFSET

• Understand and utilize the PivotTable feature in Excel

• Install and use add-ins as required

• Utilize the AutoFilter feature for efficient data management

• Record, use, and modify macros as necessary

• Maintain the utmost accuracy and efficiency in data entry and management

• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed

• Continually enhance technical skills and stay updated with industry trends and advancements. Requirements - Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

• Familiarity with process audits

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent typing skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to handle confidential information

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficient in other Microsoft Office tools, such as Word and PowerPoint

• Familiarity with data entry software and systems is a plus

• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

• Must have strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask efficiently

• Strong interpersonal skills are required
