Digital Marketing Manager

Are you an experienced Digital Marketing professional looking for an exciting opportunity to lead and innovate in a dynamic environment? We're seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our digital marketing efforts and help shape our company's digital future.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales, agency partners and Marketing teams to develop and implement digital engagement strategies aligned with company-wide goals.

• Manage hands-on digital strategies and campaigns across various channels, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display/video advertising.

• Develop KPIs for digital campaigns, measuring success and ROI to drive continuous improvement.

• Identify trends and new tools that enhance our marketing strategy, implementing best practices across all digital channels.

• Optimize content and design for digital channels, ensuring a cohesive and engaging brand experience.

• Compile, track, and analyze KPIs, providing actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Service on ORM strategy to enhance brand reputation and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on data-driven strategies.

• Proven ability to lead and manage SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display/video advertising campaigns.

• Expertise in major social media platforms and digital ad execution and analysis.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and reporting.

• Knowledge of email and marketing automation platforms, Sales Force Marketing Cloud experience required

• Familiarity with omnichannel marketing and understanding of how online and offline tactics align for optimal results.

• Excellent attention to detail, outstanding writing/editing skills, and a passion for driving measurable results.
