    Description

    We are seeking a Driver/ Job Site Helper to pick-up and deliver parts and equipment to customer job sites and perform general warehouse duties such as picking, packing and receiving products. The successful candidate will also be responsible for assisting customers with installation and dismantling of equipment on the job sites.

    Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 5am start time (OT and occasional weekends based on business needs)

    Pay Rate: Up to $21.15

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    This role is expected to

    • Operate Company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner for the pick-up and delivery of equipment, parts, tools, and material as directed.

    • Perform periodic safety inspections and maintenance checks on Company vehicles and Spider equipment and insures that required maintenance actions are accomplished on schedule and maintains related records.

    • Perform general warehousing tasks such as the receiving and storing of parts and material as well as packaging and shipping parts and material and maintains related records.

    • Drive forklift to move inventory and materials across the facility.

    • Prepare orders by processing request and supply orders; pulling materials, packing boxes, placing orders, and inspect return equipment.

    • Sort and place parts, materials or equipment on racks, shelves, or in bins, and store inventory in the proper location according to Spider standards.

    • As directed, assists Service Mechanics in the maintenance and repair of Spider equipment and accessories in the shop and at job sites.

    • After training, may properly rig, safely operate, and use all Spider standard equipment and accessories.

    KNOWLEDGE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

    To perform the job successfully, an individual should be able to utilize the following skills:

    • Safely deliver, load and unload products

    • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. and carry for extended period (up to 15 minutes) several times during one shift.

    • Must be able to work in elevated construction areas without fear of heights in all weather conditions.

    • Organize, attention to detail, inventory control skills and teamwork.

    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    • Safety first attitude.

    • Positive attitude, self-motivated.

    EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.

    • Valid driver's license with clean driving record (required).

    • Prior experience with Forklift a plus (willing to train).
