    We are recruiting for an exciting position within our Business Operations team! As the D2C E-Commerce Strategy/Growth Manager at Micron CPG, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution for the global direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce business by defining strategic goals for this business, aligning on a pricing and promotion strategy, coordinating on inventory levels, and working with our marketing team to ensure reliability of existing shopping and purchasing journeys and recommend new features, all with the goal of generating profitable revenue growth.

    In this role, you will collaborate as a program manager with cross-functional partners to remove barriers to purchase, improve the efficiency of the ecommerce sites, and build a robust end-to-end experience. You will own the

    metrics and hold partners accountable towards the attainment of the metrics.

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Define and drive the vision, strategy, and execution for the global direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce revenue growth.

    • Leverage sales data, industry norms, and ground breaking innovations to promote growth.

    • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success in business goals and plans to support the growth of the D2C site.

    • Combine customer behavior, market and pricing trends, and promotional strategies to drive increases in average order value (AOV) and conversion rate on our D2C site across geographies.

    • Partner with B2C Business Manager, UX / UI Designer and Digital Experience Manager to ensure accurate usability of the online stores, and to improve the shopping/purchasing experience by building reliability and ease of use into the priority journey stages.

    • Align pricing and short and long-term promotion strategy with the pricing team and channel team.

    • Work closely with the marketing, customer service and operations teams to gain customer service and happiness insights from the end-to-end shopping and purchasing experience, including pricing, promotion, and fulfillment.

    • Lead all aspects of analyzing insights on ecommerce inventory and work cross-functionally to ensure stock levels for product fulfilment, including for the launch of new product.

    • Assist in the creation and communication of a product performance dashboard that's associated with Key Performance Indicator metrics.

    • Supervise how we are trending to our goals daily and supply weekly productive reports

    • Contribute to highlighting and driving accountability for the overall site performance, metrics, and optimization.

    • Coordinate with marketing on their demand generation efforts.

    • Collaborate closely with Customer Sales Operations to ensure the D2C order lifecycle is as efficient as possible and to quickly find operational issues.

    Qualifications:

    • At least 5 years' experience in ecommerce sales operations in a D2C organization or related equivalent.

    • Proven ability to establish and implement profitable revenue growth plans.

    • Self-starter with consistent record of implementing ecommerce promotion strategies.

    • Proven track record to support product launches.

    • Program management record of accomplishment for delivering high-quality results within deadlines.

    • Effective communication and ability to present to executive leadership levels.

    • Proven eye for business with both strategic and critical thinking skills.

    • Experience working with cross-functional teams, across multiple locations and time zones.

    • Thrive in a multifaceted environment with a passion for continuous improvement.

    • Ability to periodically travel both domestically and internationally.

    Education:

    • BS or BA degree in Business, Economics, or equivalent, MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
