Executive Assistant
In this Executive Assistant role at Sage, you will be the right hand person for our Chief Growth Officer in providing senior administrative and professional support. On a daily basis, you will be working alongside internal and external stakeholders in a global capacity. Do people describe you as having incredible attention to detail and extremely organized? In this role, you will be:
Maintaining calendar and prioritizing matters that require immediate attention
Screening calls, ensuring telephones are answered in a timely manner and messages are taken accurately
Extending and accepting invitations, preparing meeting agendas and arranging meeting rooms
Disseminating information, coordinating responses, and escalating for resolution
In the absence of the Executive, assess the urgency of issues and delegate accordingly
Make appropriate travel arrangements and complete expense reports for the Executive and prepare travel itinerary (flights, cars, hotels, meetings etc)
Develop and maintain an efficient filing system for reports, relationship management material, invoices, correspondence and reference materials, and all other important documents
This role is hybrid - 3 days in office in our Ponce City Market (Atlanta) or Lawrenceville office.
In this role, you must have:
3+ years supporting C-level executive
Ability to deal with highly confidential information; diplomacy and discretion are essential in this role
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks based on relative importance and urgency
Ability to work with minimal supervision and direction
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively in a team environment
Flexibility to work overtime (including evenings, weekends), if required
