  • Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to support multiple employee's administrative needs and work with minimal supervision.     Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant

    Location: Boise, Idaho- THIS IS NOT A REMOTE ROLE

    Pay Range: $31.52/hour

    What's the Job?

    • Perform tactical and strategic administrative support tasks for upper executive level employees of the organization.

    • Shceudle executive appointments and meetings, manage calendars, and handle telephone calls for upper-level executives.

    • Prepare expense reports, edit executive presentations and make travel arrangements.

    • Mentor and lead the general administrative staff of the department/division.

    What's Needed?

    • High school diploma or GED; college-level education highly preferred

    • Minimum of 7+ years of general administrative experience or equivalent combination of experience and college-level education

    • Experience working with multiple issues/projects

    • Advanced software skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)

    • Excellent time management skills
