    As the Facilities Engineering Manager , you will be responsible for the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations of the CSTD development factories, the development of new enabling, hardening, or energy conservation projects related to the mechanical and electrical disciplines, the successful transfer of technologies from our reference site to other sites within the network, and the support of construction ramps in CSTD and receiving factories.

    In addition, you will manage employees and/or outside consultants/contractors who construct, maintain, and repair buildings, utilities systems, facilities systems, and/or install equipment and associated support systems. This position requires thorough knowledge of business practices and procedures in order to perform non repetitive, analytical work and provide solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.

    Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to

    • Management and leadership of the mechanical and electrical groups.

    • Accountability for detailed, accurate documentation including process and instrumentation diagrams, sequence of operations, operational and maintenance procedures, response flow charts, and training packages.

    • Ownership for the development and execution of a technology development roadmap for each group.

    • Accountable for review of designs, construction, and operations for the Chandler site location and for technology receiving factories.

    • Lead the operations team in unexpected situations such as safety events, operational impacts, and planned downtime events.

    • Will be partnering internally with other business groups.

    Qualifications

    You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research, and relevant previous job and/or internship experience.

    Minimum skills and experience that will get you noticed

    • Bachelor or Master of Science degree in any Engineering field with 5+ years of experience OR equivalent education in a STEM field with 5+ years of directly relevant experience.

    • 5+ years of experience in the following:

    • Supporting facilities processes at a manufacturing location.

    • People management with proven record of organizational and employee development.

    • Facilities operations AND/OR technology development AND/OR process technology transfer

    • Mechanical/Electrical facilities operations

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in semiconductor Industry or manufacturing of goods is Preferred.

    • Facilities mechanical and electrical experience

    • Understanding of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements
