Facility Security Officer - Alternate (AFSO)

CACI is seeking a cleared Alternate Facility Security Officer (AFSO) to assist the FSO with the management, administration, and coordination of industrial security programs and other security activities to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures. What You'll Get to Do:
Provide an understanding of the US Department of Defense (DoD) and classified intelligence community security programs by the DoD 5105.21-M-1, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Administrative Security Manual; applicable Director Central Intelligence Directives (DCID) and the NISPOM.
Maintain applicable SCI directives, regulations, manuals, and guidelines to adequately manage CSSO duties and responsibilities.
Develop/submit annual self-inspection, SCI Co-Use Agreements, Modification Requests, Pre-Construction Checklists, Fixed Facility Checklists (FFC), Security Operating Procedures (SOP), Emergency Action Plans (EAP) and other accreditation requests as required.
Process SCI eligibility requests
Manage, investigate, and report SCI security violations/infractions to the appropriate government agency.
Ensure/maintain/inspect secured environments for SCI material and equipment.
Ensure/maintain COMSEC inventory
Coordinate with the Information System Security Manager (ISSM) and alternate to ensure appropriate accreditation documentation is available for each SCI automated information system under the organizations security cognizance.
Develop and administer security education training
Conduct foreign travel briefings and debriefings
Prepare, review and track DD254s; maintain security documentation as required
Conduct in-processing of new employees to include execution of SF 312 Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)
Manage and initiate personnel clearances and processing visit access requests (VARs) in the Defense Information System for Security (DISS) as well as all other applicable access documentation as needed.
Provide employees with personnel security guidance consistent with the 13 adjudicative guidelines to assist them in managing their clearances
Investigate documents and report security violations
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
A US Citizen with an Active United States Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret/SCI.
An associate degree (bachelor's preferred) with ten years experience working as an Alternate FSO or FSO for a possessing facility
Familiar with DoD Manuals and Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) as well as specific program requirements
Prior Experience with conducting and preparing for Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) audits, self-inspections, and interface with auditors as needed
