    The Marketing + Communications team shapes and activates strategies and programs that advance the brand, growth, and talent goals for Accenture Federal Services, a leading US federal services company and subsidiary of Accenture LLP. Our highly collaborative, cross-functional team drives brand positioning in the US federal market, curates digital and client experiences to advance relationship and growth priorities, empowers and positions leaders and subject matter experts, and engages and inspires people and candidates. The team brings to life the many ways that Accenture Federal Services is delivering on the promise of technology and human ingenuity with clients and the country, and in communities where we work and live.

    You are:

    The Solution Marketing Associate Manager creates and executes campaigns to differentiate our solutions and technical capabilities in the federal market. In this role, you'll drive activities that show the value and power of our insights, capabilities, and ecosystem partners through the lens of what matter to federal leaders. You'll work with subject matter experts across the company to define the go-to-market approach and activities-including events, content, and digital and in-person experiences-with federal CXO communities. This individual is adept in translating technology-speak into compelling messaging and value propositions, combines a creative campaign mindset with disciplined project management, is relentless about how to get the most out of digital and social channels for amplification, and has superior writing and editing skills. This role works with people across the Marketing team, business stakeholders across the company, and with ecosystem partners and vendors.

    A detail-oriented, driven, and collaborative learner with the ability to manage multiple projects and events, while collaborating with leaders, specialists, and teams across the business and across our ecosystem. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, and are adept at keeping yourself, your projects, and others moving forward. You relish being in the know, connecting people and dots in meaningful ways, and seeking out what's next, while planning and clearing paths to drive projects forward.

    Here's What You Need:

    • U.S. Citizenship Required

    • Bachelor's degree

    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, and/or marketing communications roles

    Bonus Points if you have:

    • Integrated marketing planning and execution

    • Project management skills

    • Event planning and execution

    • Willingness to learn about emerging technologies.

    • Executive-level leadership presence and relationship-building skills

    • Superior oral and written communications skills and presentation skills

    • Federal government understanding

    • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

    • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian

    Professional Skills:

    • Serve as a marketing advisor to business stakeholders, recommending the right mix of marketing approaches and activities to achieve marketing outcomes.

    • Engage and mobilize stakeholders at various levels within a large, matrixed organization through relationship building and strong executive-level presence.

    • Plan, drive, and execute marketing activities in clear alignment with business strategy.

    • Manage relationships with stakeholders as well as execute detailed activities comfortably.

    • Work autonomously and independently, yet integrate seamlessly with Marketing and business teams.

    • Manage ambiguity and quick-turn expectations, navigating multiple processes.

    Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.

    Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:

    • California: $91,900 - $174,500

    • Colorado: $91,900 - $150,600

    • New York: $85,100 - $174,500

    • Washington State: $97,900 - $160,500
