Robert Half has partnered with a rapidly growing company that is private equity backed and poised for tremendous growth to hire their next Senior Financial Analyst! We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely revenue recognition and financial insights, analyzing key performance indicators to support strategic decision making. You will have the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in finance, operations and executive leadership. This financial analyst will analyze financial data to identify patterns, anomalies, and potential areas for improvement. You will provide insightful commentary and recommendations based on analysis of KPIs and flash reports to facilitate quick decision making by management. What will you get to do on a daily basis?

• Conduct detailed analysis of revenue streams, pricing structures, and sales performance.

• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize revenue generation and enhance profitability.

• Collaborate with finance and sales teams to develop revenue forecasts and budgets.

• Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to understand business drivers and market dynamics.

• Develop and generate flash reports summarizing key financial metrics, performance indicators, and trends.

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.

• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested by senior management.

• Implement and maintain data validation procedures to enhance the integrity of financial information.

• Explore and implement automation tools and technologies to expedite the flash reporting process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, revenue analysis, or a similar analytical role

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis / Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools required

• Comprehensive knowledge of financial modeling and KPI reporting

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner

• Detail-oriented and capable of working under tight deadlines

• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
