Forklift Operator

Our client, a food manufacturer located in The Bronx, is looking for hardworking, motivated Forklift Operators to join their team! The ideal candidate will have 3+ years working in a warehouse, forklift experience and a can-do attitude! This is a temp to perm opportunity.

Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: The Bronx, NY

Pay Range: $17-$17.50 per hour.

Shift: Mon-Fri, 12pm to 8pm.

What's the job?

• Operate forklift to transport pallet-packed goods around the storage facility.

• Load and unload goods from the freezer area into railroad cars and trucks.

• Stacking goods in the correct storage bays, following inventory control instructions.

• Ensure loads are secure.

What's needed?

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Forklift Certification (valid)

• 2+ years of experience driving a forklift

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, able to work in hot and cold environments.

• Clear driving record and a valid driver's license.
