Front Desk Receptionist

Description

Robert Half is currently seeking a dynamic and bilingual Spanish Front Desk Receptionist to join one of our esteemed clients located in the Miami area. In this role, you will serve as the face of the company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.

• Assist Spanish-speaking clients with inquiries, appointments, and basic transactions.

• Manage the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.

• Schedule appointments and coordinate conference room bookings.

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

• Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Professional demeanor and appearance.
