    YOUR ROLE

    • Develops and executes global / regional / local key account strategy (short-/mid and long term) aligned with the Sbusiness unit.

    • Leeds, coaches and develops the Key Account team.

    • Delivers sales plans and project pipeline.

    • Optimizes sales mix to achieve higher growth and margins.

    • Ensures correct manufacturing footprint and CAPEX investments are made to support focus segment growth.

    • Investigates M&A targets and develops and executes M&A strategy for focus segment.

    • Develops sustainable and long-term relationships with key accounts, negotiates and secures (international / annual) key account contracts

    • Improves pipeline of projects at international / local key account

    • Steers joint innovation roadmap with customers and develops unique business model to gain competitive advantage and growth

    • Drives and rolls-out customer approvals and pushes upstream solution selling

    • Analyzes financial KPIs and proactively steers key account business

    YOUR SKILLS

    • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering or related technical field preferred.

    • Experience with structural adhesives, composite materials, and sealants are required.

    • Experience with Aviation/Aerospace Industry materials processing, and part manufacturing is required.

    • Strong focus on strategic planning will be required

    • Previous management and leadership of a team is required.

    • Excellent interpersonal skills are essential - must have excellent customer interaction and communication skills.

    • Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.

    • International travel will be required, with overall expectations of travel to be a minimum of 50%

    • Previous experience in negotiating with Boeing is preferred.

    • Position is remote, with preference given to a candidate that resides in the Pacific Northwest, the Southwest, Philadelphia or Charleston, SC.

    The salary for this role is $141,000 - $190,000. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
