    Join our global innovation team as an InnoTech Sweet Goods Lab Technician working side by side with flavorists and scientists testing new technologies in dairy, baked goods and confectionary.     Your key responsibilities

    • Compounding of Flavors and overall support to InnoTech SWG Flavorist.

    • Maintain laboratory and creation stock of raw materials and replace out of date raw materials. Ensure laboratory is clean, organized and safe.

    • Execute independently and keep records for the preparation of flavors and applications, finishing all assigned tasks in timely manner and have sense of urgency when required.

    • Set-up of benchtop and formal sensory testing sessions, sample preparation and summarize results.

    • Shipping and reception of flavors, raw ingredients, prototypes, commercial samples to other dsm-firmenich sites around the globe.

    • Ad-hoc support to other members of the InnoTech team when needed.

    You bring

    • BS in Food Science, Chemistry or similar.

    • 1-3 years of relevant work experience. Good organizational, clean, safety skills.

    • Proactive, enthusiastic, motivated, high energy. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

    • Requires knowledge in Sweet Goods, food product design, formulation, stability, shelf-life and sensory benchtop testing.

    • Good interpersonal skills with flavorist and other members of the team on site and remotely located.

    • Professional behavior, ethics and confidentiality.
