    CACI has a unique opportunity for a talented and experienced Account Executive International Sales for our Technology Innovation and Labs (TIL) business. CACI's TIL operations group falls under the National Security and Innovative Solutions (NSIS) sector and with over $650m in revenue and more than 1,300 employees, the TIL operating group provides advanced, bespoke solutions through best-in-class R&D, engineering, and prototype organization.     • Enabling missions for SIGINT, EW, cyber, comms, and spectrum management customers, delivered through customized families of RF technologies and secure communications products.

    • Delivering diverse cyber capabilities to address offensive and defensive mission needs, including network reconnaissance and analytics, embedded software assurance, security IV&V, non-attributable communications, Software Defined Networks, cyber network modeling, and simulation.

    • Developing leading-edge solutions enabling photon-based communications and sensing to support free-space optical communications (FSOC), LIDAR, and spectral imaging

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Executive International Sales to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and maximizing revenue across different international markets. This role requires a strong understanding of the product landscape, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to develop and maintain long-term business relationships.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive international sales strategy to drive revenue growth and increased market penetration.

    • Identify potential product sales opportunities in new and existing markets, conduct market research, and assess market trends to stay ahead of the competition.

    • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiating and closing deals with distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and other potential customers.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with the company's overall goals and objectives.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across different markets, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

    • Conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to meet and exceed sales targets.

    • Keep abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact international sales, and adjust strategies and tactics accordingly.

    • Provide guidance and training to the sales team, empowering them to achieve their individual and team objectives.

    • Travel internationally to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and conduct market visits, as required.

    You'll Bring These Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree or an MBA is considered a plus.

    • There is no clearance requirement to begin employment. As a requirement of continued employment you will be required to obtain a US Top Secret and/or NATO Secret clearance.

    • Proven track record of success in international product sales, with a minimum of 12 years of experience in a similar role.

    • Experience with Spectrum Management, ISR, Technical Security, and EW international sales highly preferred

    • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop innovative sales strategies.

    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain fruitful relationships with clients, distributors, and other external partners in a multicultural and diverse work environment.

    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with fluency in written and spoken English. Proficiency in additional languages is desirable.

    • Solid knowledge of international trade practices, export regulations, and customs compliance. Familiarity with specific market requirements and certifications is an advantage.

    • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a sales team to achieve sales targets and performance objectives.

    • High level of adaptability and flexibility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-changing global marketplace.

    • Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.

    The proposed salary range for this position is

    $86,800-$191,000
