    Job Description

    The Marketing Manager designs, develops, and implements commercial plans and programs needed to maintain Ubrelvy Launch Momentum in a competitive Migraine landscape with a key focus on the Health Care Providers. The Marketing Manager will work closely with multiple commercial operation departments, areas & affiliates to ensure success in product support and sales execution. Internally, the MM will foster positive working relationships with the brand team, medical affairs, market research, sales training, regulatory, and other cross franchise marketing teams. Externally, the MM works with various agencies, consultants and physicians to successfully drive the business. The MM does not have direct reports but must demonstrate the ability to lead cross functionally and build a collaborative approach in an integrated brand team.

    Key Responsibilities Include

    • Co-Create and Update Core Brand Strategic Objectives based on market needs.

    • Develop tactics that align to the strategic brand plan primarily for HCP marketing.

    • Kick off and lead global Projects aiming to support Ubrelvy launching Affiliates in identifying Market potential and opportunity.

    • Create customized promotional tools to ensure brand differentiation and growth.

    • Liaise with MCM Lead and External Engagement Lead on Functional Plan execution.

    • Drive In-field Team Playbook Implementation to execute Strategy.

    • Monitor Brand Market Share pick up and Sales performance and assess new opportunities.

    • Provide support and help prepare Affiliates in Pre-Launch Planning.

    • Participate in local market and patient immersions to better understand local market drivers and dynamics.

    • Continually evaluate the effectiveness of marketing plans and recommend changes in strategy or tactics as appropriate.

    • Provide Market insights to support in Commercial Assessment for new Formulations/Indications launches for Ubrelvy & Aquipta.

    • Manage internal/external networks, consultants, and agency partners.

    • Perform budget tracking.

    • Participate on cross-functional teams.

    • Participate in Market Research as appropriate.

    • Communicate up, down, and laterally in an effective manner.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of biopharmaceutical or other equivalent (relevant) experience required (i.e., device, diagnostics, or CPG).

    • 3-5 years of marketing (brand or product management) experience.

    • Strong analytics with excellent overall business acumen & a strategic outlook.

    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

    Preferred

    • Previous Product Launch Experience.
