  • Job Description

    The Director of IT will play a crucial role in overseeing and evolving the technology landscape to meet the dynamic needs of the company's healthcare services. This executive will lead both in-house and external IT teams, ensuring the highest levels of systems administration, technical support, and application services, champion the development and implementation of business intelligence strategies, product management, and solution architecture, and oversee the effective utilization and optimization of core systems including Salesforce, Nextgen EHR, Microsoft 365, PowerBI, among others. Ultimately, this person must drive innovation in IT processes and systems to support the company's strategic goals and operational efficiency, ensure the integrity, security, and availability of all data and information technology systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT infrastructure with business processes. The Director of IT will be responsible for managing IT budgets, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations, and stay abreast of the latest healthcare technology trends and compliance regulations to ensure the company's IT infrastructure is forward-looking and compliant. This person must be local and willing to report onsite 5 days/week in Chamblee, GA.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

    • 8+ years of experience in IT operations with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

    • Proven experience in IT leadership, preferably in the healthcare industry.

    • Strong background in system administration, help desk support, and cloud services.

    • Proficient with Salesforce, Nextgen EHR, Microsoft 365, PowerBI, and similar systems.

    • Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of managing high-performing teams.

    • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive IT innovation in a healthcare setting.

    • Exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage complex IT initiatives.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of the organization. null
