We are seeking a Resource Manager for a hybrid contract opportunity in Jacksonville, FL

The Resource Manager will work closely with our Project Management team with planning and allocating resources to various projects. You will help determine our organization's demand for resources and ensures its capacity to meet project staffing needs.

What are the Required Skills & Experience?

• We are looking for you to have experience in resource management, preferably in a ServiceNow environment.

• You should have a strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and project lifecycles.

• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Have an analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

• And a Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

What You Will Be Doing?

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of project requirements, timelines, and resource needs.

• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify resource requirements for ServiceNow projects.

• Allocate resources efficiently, taking into consideration skills, availability, and project priorities.

• Monitor and analyze resource capacity against current and upcoming project demands.

• Proactively identify resource constraints and bottlenecks, providing recommendations for resolution.

• Provide regular updates to senior management on resource allocation, project status, and any potential risks or issues.

• Effectively communicate resource-related decisions and strategies to the broader organization.

This is a 6 month contract to start but likely to go 18 months or longer! You must be based in the Jacksonville, FL area as this role will be hybrid and require you to work on site at our offices during part of the week.
