Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

• Quality Inspections - Board Quality Standards from Mixer to Knife

• Knowledge of how to perform test methods and quality checks

• Ability and willingness to adhere to all job procedures (Duty Sheets, SOP's, Testing Schedule)

• Housekeeping owner for area

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work with other shifts to coordinate project details to ensure timelines are met

• Basic computer skills, test results entered into Excel spreadsheet

• Participate in AIB board for knife area

• Willing to train on Mixer and Supply

• Must be self-motivated

• Able to life 75 pounds

• Drive the knife basic improvement process
