Job Title: Lending - Loan Protection Programs Specialist

Location: Hybrid Work Model Reporting to Pensacola, FL

Pay Rate: Open to Both C2C and W2 options

Position Type: Multiyear Contract

Responsibilities:

• Review GAP Services Application (Client 298A) for completeness and accuracy to determine if additional information and/or supporting documentation is required from the member.

• Process Client 298A's and make decisions within established guidelines and policies by transfer, finance, cancel, refinance or to send a letter for incorrect Client 298's received.

• Research, analyze and resolve organization's 298A discrepancies.

• Receive guidance and instructions from Loan Protection supervisors regarding complex issues that are beyond scope for your review.

• Maintain detailed records and contact history information on each member interaction and actions taken on your excel spreadsheet.

• Communicate with members via eMessage for Client 298A questions.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Experience in progressively responsible administrative work.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Effective organizational, planning and time management skills.

• Effective skill exercising initiative and using good judgment to make sound decisions.

• Effective database, word processing, and spreadsheet software skills

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Client 298A is a form that members submit to add or cancel Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) product to our members. The form has the members loan number, vehicle identification number, account number to debit GAP fees and signatures that need to be validated with the information on file in the Client's data base.
