Excel, Outlook & Word skills - basic
Ability to stay on task and organized - needs to be able to manage to-do list and work through SOPs
Entry level is okay - looking for someone with 0-2/3 years of retail or office experience at most
Customer Oriented - all candidates must be able to express customer-oriented skills
Ideal experience: Entry-level, college graduates w/ a Bachelor Degree & 0-1 year of 'office' experience/internships
Customer service - updating customers for their shipment status and follow up until shipment is delivered. This includes taking care of customers daily tracking reports as well as updating POD in UFS.
-Complete files and passes work on to billing team.
-Communicate with customer and vendors regarding updates or problem resolution.
-Will be managing a group inbox as well as personal inbox; Occasional phone calls.
-Will be managing multiple accounts based on workload.
-Will be tracking and tracing shipments.
-Must communicate in timely manner and follow-up with customers within 24 hours.
-Escalation if needed in instances such as damages, delays, missing items, any type of complaints of customers.
Monday through Friday
9am-6pm, can be flexible with 8 am - 5 pm if absolutely necessary. 1 hour lunch break.
