Machine Operator

Description:

• Operate Brazing Furnaces: Load metal components into the brazing furnace according to production schedules and specifications.

• Monitor Process: Observe temperature, pressure, and other relevant parameters during the brazing process to ensure optimal results.

• Quality Control: Inspect finished metal plates for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards.

• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on brazing equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and minor repairs.

• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain a safe work environment.

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production data, including quantities produced and any issues encountered.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including supervisors, engineers, and quality control personnel.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role preferred.

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with brazing furnaces and basic mechanical knowledge.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain quality standards.

• Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand, lift, and move heavy metal components.

• Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
