    Publicly traded Consumer Products company located in Central New Jersey seeks a Manager of Financial Systems & Consolidation. This is a hybrid position (3 days in office).

    • Supports the business teams in their understanding of the systems and capabilities.

    • With an understanding of system capabilities will own documenting business requirements and conducting system validation and testing.

    • Problem solves issues reported by business teams via detailed analysis and resolution.

    • Ensures compliance with all corporate policies and procedures, including SOX requirements.

    • Support administrative actions of Oracle Cloud systems and SAP cloud systems.

    • Collaborates and translates business requirements into technical, system capability requests to improve and expand existing and future financial systems.

    • Partners with core project teams to ensure system capabilities meet business requirements.

    • Manage the day-to-day technical administration of Oracle and SAP Financial Systems.

    Requirements

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 8+ years relevant experience.

    • Education: Bachelor's Degree

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High degree of collaboration across multiple departments.

    • Ability to work independently and demonstrates proficiency in performing a wide range of tasks, responding to changes in direction and priorities and accepting new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments.

    • SAP & Oracle Cloud EPM.

    • Experience with supporting business users in a high-speed environment.

    • Highly proficient in Excel.

    • Background in Accounting or Finance preferred, with experience in the design and implementation and administration of financial systems and applications.

    • Experience with creating and maintaining system documentation and audit reviews.

    • Ability to develop new processes and drive improvements for various finance departments.

    • Must be able to prioritize responsibilities to ensure adherence to strict deadlines.

    • Must be detail oriented with a high degree of problem solving and analytical skills.
