Staff Management | SMX at Link Belt is currently hiring dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our Mechanical Assembly team in Lexington, KY. We are offering full-time positions with competitive hourly pay ranging from $18.75 to $21.65, depending on experience. In your first year, you can expect four scheduled raises. Additionally, we provide a $150 Sign-On Bonus for all eligible new Associates, and after just 90 days, you may have the opportunity to convert to direct hire.

Duties

• Work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.

• Utilize electrical blueprints/schematics to assemble various components for crane construction.

• These positions offer long-term potential with the possibility of being hired full time by the client after 90 days.

Position Requirements

• Candidates must have experience reading blueprints and previous mechanical assembly experience (e.g., HVAC and entry-level electrician work). Prior experience in a Production, Factory, or Manufacturing environment is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Demonstrated work ethic.

• Proficient knowledge of tools.

• While this is a 2nd shift position, all training will be completed during 1st shift hours.

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
