Medical Patient Services Representative

Description

A large Healthcare Organization is looking for a Patient Service Representative to join their team. The Medical Patient Service Representative will be responsible for supporting Healthcare operations by coordinating patient services. Key tasks include scheduling appointments, updating patient records, assisting in patient billing, and resolving queries or concerns. They maintain the interaction between the patient and the Healthcare provider, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient care process. Excellent communication skills and a good understanding of medical terminology are necessary for this role.
