    Position Overview:

    Observes and monitors cardiac monitors and interprets dysrhythmias and alarms. Transcribes physician orders and Facilitates all inter- and intra-departmental communications, acts as unit receptionist.

    EDUCATION

    HS Diploma and one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE

    Rhythm Interpretation within 90 days

    SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

    Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

    Ability to speak effectively before customers or employees of organization.

    Ability to add, subtract , multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

    Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

    Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

    Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

    Pay Range is $31.46 to $37.59 / hour

    The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
