  • Admin Support Assistant - Field Mortgage

    • Location Winchester, VA

    • Shift (Time ): 7:30am to 4pm in their respective time zones, M-F

    • Campus Reporting Type : Hybrid, first 6 months contractor will be required to be on site five days per week . After the first six months they will begin Hybrid model, which is currently two days per week on site, depending on performance and existing hybrid requirements.

    • Duration - 6mo+ (Long Term, open ended)

    • Training - Peer to Peer, should be up and running within one week

    • Interviews - Week of 5/13 and 5/20

    • Start Date - 6/10

    • NO TIME OFF IN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS!

    Experience -

    • Office experience - At least one year

    • Retail or restaurant with leadership experience if candidates do not have office experience

    • Financial experience is a plus

    • Ability to multitask

    • Mathematical skills, tracking skills

    • Excel and SharePoint experience is a plus

    Job Description

    • To provide a variety of administrative support functions within respective business unit(s), in support of daily operations.

    • Under immediate supervision, follow basic processes and procedures to accomplish routine tasks.

    • Receive and respond to inquiries from internal/external sources and/or members to ensure effective, timely and accurate service.

    • May serve as contact coordinator by handling general phone calls, directing visitor traffic, and scheduling events/meetings. Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures.

    • Entry level Administrative role completes work with little autonomy.

    Some Examples they will do day to day -

    • Homesquad remediation - if there is a file that does not export, they will go in and look at the details of the loan so it gets assigned to a LO

    • Homesquad follow up

    • Tracking manual updates

    • Monitoring the mortgage assistant BODs - help them get in touch with their LO

    • Calling LOs and realtors to do follow ups Working with PAL rush inbox - working with preapprovals
