Night Lead

Overview

Pay: $20/hr

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Shift: Sunday-Thursday 6pm-2:30am, MVR required

BONUS: $250 after 60days and $250 after 120days

Responsibilities:

- Ability to train staff in multiple areas per ABM Cleaning procedures.

• Escort/sign in unbadged employees or outside vendors.

• Reliable attendance required .

• Working lead position. Will fill in different positions and duties as other employees call out.

• Night point of contact and when directed by Manager.

• Friendly demeanor and professional customer service.

• De-escalate situations and find a solution to different situations.

• Meet all badging requirements for state, federal, and vendor.

• Learn all areas and staff responsibilities.

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds

• Inspect all work areas and tactfully correct deficiencies.

• Complete projects that arise same day.

• Update Manager of performance or operational success or problems same day/next day.

• Walk through Facility before end of shift for completion of tasks and ensure equipment is properly put away.
