Tier III NOC Engineer

Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a full-time NOC Engineer III on behalf of a telecom client in Charlotte, NC. As a Tier III NOC Engineer, they will be a leader within the team, responsible for mentoring and training more junior NOC Engineers, as well as being considered a last line of defense in troubleshooting, support, configuration and maintenance of the network. Shift: M-F 8 to 4:30 with a rotating on call shift.

Skills and Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience in a NOC environment

working in a Tier 2 or 3 network operations support role.

Experience/training on voice and data communication networks and the individual elements within those networks, data/wireless communications principles.

Experience with Fortinet SD-WAN

CCNA Certification, CCNP Preferred Fortinet SD-WAN Certification null
