Non-Profit Operations Manager

Crystal Mallory with Robert Half is hiring for an Operations Manager for a renowned Non-Profit. The Operations Manager will provide supervision to a team of 5. Below are some of the desired requirements;

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent years' experience

• Proven experience in nonprofit management, including program management and operations.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent organizational and strategic planning abilities.

• Financial management and budgeting expertise.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of nonprofit sector regulations and compliance.

• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Commitment to the mission and values of the nonprofit organization.
