    Manage and maintain the Photo Track business process. Support manufacturing by creating robust track flows/recipes with "Design for Manufacturing" concept in mind. Respond to production issues, implement solutions, reduce costs, defects and improve output & yields. Perform Track process development work on new technology introduction to adapt to legacy TEL ACT12, Lithius, Lithius Pro & ProV & Pro-Z tools. Use statistical process controls and data analysis to support and monitor the performance of Track processes. Work with other engineering areas to resolve various integration and defect related issues from photoresist, bulk material and process recipe, lead actions outside areas of direct responsibility as required to resolve broader issues, lead interaction with vendor groups to drive support, improvement, and demonstration activities, and develop process and procedural improvements, as well as provide detailed technical documentation and training to shift personnel as required. Identify opportunities for productivity enhancements and process recipe optimization to improve product quality and reduce system cost of ownership for photo process related materials. Work with suppliers to develop and evaluate photoresist materials and other bulk materials

    Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science or related field and 2 years of work experience in job offered or in a Process Engineer - related occupation.
